I know this must sound kinda strange, a man addicted to Zumba? What’s going on here? Well as weird as it seems, Zumba is not specifically created for women, guys can do it too. I have been doing it for the past year and I have to say that I absolutely love it. There is nothing out there that can give me the workout that I get in this dance fitness class, as well as the level of fun. I know a lot of you would say, “why do CrossFit”, “why not lift weights” but guess what you should give this a try.

Why I a Love It

You know all my years living in New York City, I have never once taken the time to go and visit a Shake Shack.

Well today, I decided it was time to check out this world-class Burger eatery and see what all the hype is. I really wanted to know if I was missing out after all these years.

Let me tell you guys, I got myself one of the regular burgers, as I wasn’t willing to spend more, for something that a top would be overhyped and boy was I wrong. This has got to be one of the best tasting burgers I have ever had the pleasure of eating, it was also delicious.

It was a combination of the meat, flavors and condiments that really took it to the next level. Being from the west coast, I have been used to such amazing burger joints such as In and Out.
